Ask Ads

I really hate the ads Ask.com has on TV right now. They really need to abandon the whole "Be Human, Use Tools" concept. If they were smart, which they do not appear to be (yet), they would say something like "Stop Searching, Start Asking" and run spots where people are searching for things and get pissed off because they can't find it. Show two pirates with a map trying to find some treasure on an island, then have the narrator say "Searching sucks...asking is good". Then have the pirate use the ask.com site to type in "Where is the treasure" and have it pull up a map (have your standard disclaimer at the bottom) with a big X.

Bam. There you go. That's how you market.
