ConnectU vs. Facebook

Looks like the 23 year old founder of Facebook is in trouble after allegedly snagging some code from a previous project. Personally, I don't see how this lawsuit can stand. People build off existing work all the time--that's how business evolves. Clearly ConnectU was going nowhere and had it worked like Facebook they wouldn't be trying to sue. I personally have never used Facebook and have no intention of doing so, but I can respect the amount of work that went into it. Lay off, dorks!
