Show Me The Monet

Things like this make me sick. Intruders in the Orsay Museum punched a hole in Monet's Le Pont d'Argenteuil. I "get" most crimes. Someone gets robbed, the guy wanted money...someone gets pissed off in a bar, a fight ensues, I get. Why someone would want to damage a piece of art is totally and completely beyond me. I've been thinking for the past 15 minutes of people who would benefit economically from such a crime. Here is the best I could do: . restoration expert (to fix it obviously)
. appraiser (since it will need to be reappraised now)
. museum guard (likely get a raise to ensure better work)
That's all I've got. Things like this are just disgusting.
