Homes Down Again

I should put this entry on auto-write. Homes sales are falling again. It was released today that they're at a 13-year low. Big surprise. The median home price also fell to $244,000. I think in six months or so I'm going to attempt to buy a house. I've rented for nearly 30 years and it seems to be as good a time as any. Unfortunately I live in a really expensive area (DC) and the houses here are all around $700k, well beyond my means. Maybe I'll win the lottery; that would be nice.
