The best rebate deal I have seen is the Citibank Drivers Edge. It pays 6% back on grocery, drug store and gas purchases and also pays for mileage you put on your car ($.01 per mile). The catch is that rebate redemptions are only for automotive service or purchase of a vehicle (new or used). Still, thats money you would have spent anyway -- you just have to be willing to wait for the event and do the paperwork to get your rebate. You send in a service, purchase, or registration invoice to prove vehicle mileage or expense.
