Mortgages Up (Again)

This is why I don't worry about the home loan debacle tanking the entire market: mortgage applications were up again this week.

Well duh. Really, how worried can you be about a market that always has been, is, and always will be in demand? People need houses. People can't afford houses on their own. Ergo, people need home loans. Sure, the market has taken its lumps but come in, this isn't like investing in Iraqi Dinars--it's housing and before people start freaking out about a recession they really need to remember that people don't mind taking out money to buy a house.
